Bypass CTF
Bypass CTF is a premier national-level Capture The Flag (CTF) cybersecurity competition organized by the Army Institute of Technology since 2021, designed to cultivate advanced technical proficiency and a strong cybersecurity ethos among students. CTF competitions simulate real-world cyber attack and defense environments, evaluating expertise in cryptography, reverse engineering, digital forensics, and allied security domains.
In 2025, Bypass CTF will be conducted offline on the Army Institute of Technology campus for the first time, with a footfall of 2k+ students. The competition comprises two rigorously structured rounds:
Round I – Online Qualifier
A 36-hour national-level online CTF for teams of two
Domains include Web Exploitation, Digital Forensics, Reverse Engineering, OSINT, Steganography, and Cryptography
Strict ethical standards; solution sharing prohibited
Dates: 27 to 29-12-2025
Round II – Onsite Finals
Top 30 teams advance to a two-day offline finale at AIT, Pune
Day 1: Expert-led workshops and technical sessions
Day 2: A 12–16 hour live offline CTF featuring high-intensity cybersecurity challenges
