Cancellation by Participant

Cancellation Deadline: Registrations can be cancelled for a refund up to 10 days before the scheduled event date.

Refund Terms:

• Cancellations made within the deadline are eligible for a 90% refund of the registration fee.
• A 10% processing fee is deducted to cover payment gateway and administrative costs.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

How to Request a Cancellation: Please send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Cancellation Request" and include the following details:

• Full Name & Team Name
• Registered Email Address
• Payment Transaction ID or a screenshot of the receipt
• Reason for cancellation

Late Cancellations

No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received within the 10-day period leading up to the event. This policy is in place because logistical, merchandise, and venue costs have already been finalized and committed by this time.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us

In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue issues, insufficient registrations), registered participants will be notified immediately and offered a choice between:

• A full 100% refund of the registration fee, or
• A transfer of their registration to the new event date or a future event of equal value.

For online events, should significant technical failures on our end disrupt the event, we will offer a partial/full refund or another appropriate remedy on a case-by-case basis.

General Conditions

• No-Shows: Participants who do not attend the event without submitting a cancellation request are considered "no-shows" and are not eligible for a refund.
• Merchandise: Any merchandise or event kits included with registration will only be provided to confirmed attendees. Delivery charges may apply for certain locations.
• Final Discretion: All refund decisions and exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of the event organizers.
