White-label cyber labs for training providers
Give every batch hands-on practice under your own brand. The Pro and Enterprise organization plans combine private labs, curriculum management, learner seats, certificates and CTF-style assessments, with the lab infrastructure hosted and managed for you.
Your trainers should teach, not maintain lab servers
Lab VMs break the night before class, students share answers, and nobody can show who learned what. If you are weighing options, see what a cyber range is and how a cybersecurity lab can run without your own servers.
| The usual approach | With a CTF7 organization plan |
|---|---|
| Self-managed VMs that trainers rebuild for every batch | Managed lab hosting on Pro and Enterprise |
| Labs on a third-party site carrying someone else's brand | White-label: your name, logo and colors |
| Syllabus in a PDF, progress in a spreadsheet | Curriculum management with private training content |
| Certificates designed by hand in a slides tool | Learner certificates on every organization plan |
| Final exams that are multiple-choice quizzes | CTF-style assessments, with dynamic flags and anti-cheat on your plan's events |
A cybersecurity training platform under your brand
White-label labs
On the Pro and Enterprise organization plans, learners see your academy's identity, not ours. Use your name, logo and theme colors across labs, events and custom pages, so the platform feels like part of your course.
Managed lab hosting
We host and run the lab infrastructure. Your trainers focus on the session, not on restarting containers.
Curriculum management
Organize private training content and labs into a structured curriculum you control, module by module.
Batches & seats
Allocate learning seats per batch and add trainers as organization members. Run each batch's exercises as its own private event.
Learner certificates
Certificates for learners who complete your program, included on every organization plan.
Assessments that prove skill
Close each module with a timed jeopardy CTF, or, on Pro and Enterprise, end the program with a Raw Ops round where learners write real vulnerability reports scored with CVSS 4.0. Your plan's events run at Standard level, so dynamic flags and anti-cheat monitoring help keep results honest.
Ready-made missions
Organization plans give learners guided practice from beginner basics to advanced exploit development. Mix them with your own content, or commission new labs through custom challenge development.
Beyond labs: events for your learners
Your organization plan includes events every month (2 on Starter, 5 on Pro, unlimited on Enterprise). They are Standard-level events, with dynamic flags, hints and anti-cheat, for up to 100 participants each on Starter, 500 on Pro and unlimited on Enterprise. Use them to keep learners engaged between modules.
- Jeopardy CTFs for module tests and monthly batch competitions
- Attack-defense sessions for advanced batches. These are managed events our team runs, quoted separately from your plan.
- SOC simulations for blue-team and SOC analyst courses, also a managed event quoted separately
- Hiring CTFs run with hiring partners, connecting your graduates to recruiters
- Workshops & open days with RSVPs to bring prospective learners in
A 12-week batch on CTF7
A sample structure for an ethical hacking or VAPT course. Want a ready-made lesson plan? See the classroom CTF kit.
Week 0: Onboard the batch
Assign seats, share access to your branded space and run a warm-up CTF so learners get used to the platform and the flag format, such as CTF7{This_is_an_example_flag}.
Weeks 1–10: Modules with labs
Each module pairs trainer sessions with private labs from your curriculum. Learners who get stuck use hints, and your trainers watch for topics where the batch needs another session.
Every few weeks: A module CTF
A short, timed jeopardy event on the module's topics. It gives you a measurable checkpoint instead of a quiz.
Week 11: Capstone Raw Ops
Learners investigate a realistic target and submit vulnerability reports. It's the closest thing to a real engagement, and it produces portfolio-ready work.
Week 12: Certificates and hiring CTFs
Issue learner certificates, then invite top performers into hiring CTFs through CTF7's hiring partner network.
What to look for in a cyber lab platform for your institute
The questions we would ask in your place. CTF7's answers are on this page; ask every vendor you are comparing the same ones, including us.
- Whose brand do learners see? If students log in to someone else's site, you're marketing that site. White-label keeps the relationship yours.
- Who maintains the lab infrastructure? Count the trainer hours spent rebuilding VMs each batch. Managed lab hosting gives those hours back.
- Can you add your own content? Your curriculum is your differentiator. You need private labs and curriculum control, not just a fixed catalog.
- How are skills assessed? Timed, hands-on CTFs measure individual ability better than quizzes, and per-learner dynamic flags (on every organization plan's events, and on Standard and Premium events) make shared answers easy to spot.
- What happens after the course? Certificates, public events and hiring CTFs give graduates a path to their first role, which is what most learners are paying for.
- Does pricing fit your batch sizes? Check how seats and members scale. CTF7 plans run from 5 to 200 learning seats.
