Event hosting with RSVP, tickets and check-in

For meetups, workshops, fests and conferences: one event page with the agenda, open, invite-only or paid RSVPs, digital passes, door check-in and attendance counts. If the event includes a competition, the CTF runs on the same attendee accounts.

Event pages

Event pages, speakers, sessions and workshops

A 40-person chapter meetup needs a page, a time and a head count. A two-day conference adds tracks, capped workshops and pass types. Both sit on one branded event page with one attendee list behind it.

Branded event pages

Name, logo, theme colors and custom pages for venue, travel, sponsors and code of conduct, published without a web developer.

Speaker schedules & agenda

Plan speakers, talks and time slots across days and tracks, so attendees see an agenda they can plan around.

Sessions & workshops

Run talks, hands-on workshops and village activities, with separate RSVPs for capped workshop seats.

Audience engagement

Announcements for room changes, schedule updates and CTF hints reach every registered attendee at once.

An optional CTF

Attach a jeopardy CTF to the same event, with a live scoreboard you can put on the venue screen.

Certificates

Attendance, workshop and CTF winner certificates after the event, on paid plans. Branded designs are available on Premium.

Replace the patchwork of event tools

A typical community event runs on a form builder for registration, a payment link for tickets, a spreadsheet for check-in, a messaging group for announcements and a separate CTF server. Each handoff between them is where attendees get lost and data goes stale. CTF7 puts them all behind one attendee account.

  • Registration forms → RSVP & passes
  • Payment links → fee collection in INR
  • Check-in spreadsheets → attendance tracking
  • Group broadcasts → announcements
  • Separate challenge server → official CTF
  • Manual certificates → certificates after the event
RSVP & ticketing

RSVP and ticketing for tech events

Choose the access model that fits the event. Change it per session if you need to.

Open RSVP

Free sign-ups for community meetups and public talks, with a head count you can plan snacks and seating around.

Invite-only

Closed-door roundtables, sponsor dinners and private CTF rounds for members or partners.

Paid tickets

Collect ticket and registration fees online in INR, and see who has paid from the organizer dashboard.

Digital passes & check-in

Every attendee gets a digital pass to show at the venue. Check-in at the door feeds attendance tracking, so you know who showed up.

How it works

From announcement to attendance report

The same workflow works for a 40-person meetup and a multi-day security conference.
